I always go in to tattoo shops for quotes. That way you are picking the right artist based off their work and you can make sure you like the shop first.
You should DM (on instagram- @explosivetattoo) them a pic. They usually give you a fair price range. It all depends on how much coloring, how big, how detailed, etc. Minimum is $60 for a small tattoo.
