I moved and I'm swtiching my NY license and registration for NJ. I know about the 6point document. Regarding the proof your address; i i have abank statement and utility bill but does it have to be in a marked envelope?

No need any envelope and just don't forget to make an appointment before you go to the DMV, you can make it on there wetside .

No, when I visited MVC with such documents, I neither provided any envelope nor they asked for it. The documents should have the right details
