Nicholas was amazing I had a wonderful experience going to the store and I had a great guy Nicholas that help me in every way because I’m an older person and dumbest could be and he showed me the road and everything that could be I recommend him highly and he’s a complete asset to this company because he knows everything and he helped my husband with something that we never thought could even get his context back again I have to give them 100% rating and he is the best thank you so very much

This happened about a year ago, so this is a late post, but I am still so upset. If you truly need to go here, avoid the guy with the long hair and the tattoos at all costs. I broke my phone, and it was unusable. My mom and I figured it was time for a new one anyway. We went, and the phone was impossible to get into because, obviously, it was broken. This guy was short tempered, and seemed extremely angry and was rushing us through the whole process. He had no patience at all, and it was honestly a little frightening. I was so afraid he was going to lose it on us, so all I wanted to do was leave. I didn’t even bother asking him to transfer my old photos and other things onto the new phone out of fear of him getting even more angry. I had just graduated high school the day before, and didn’t get the chance to back those photos up. I will never get to see those photos. I am still extremely upset about this to this day.

Somers Point Verizon - leaves a lot to be desired. However, N orthfield Verizon is the best. They help 1 who is not savvy or computer literate

This store is a nightmare. Switched my service, 5 lines, and had problems for MONTHS with billing because it was set up incorrectly at this location. They refused to help or even provide Information so I could elevate my issue. Apparently, Verizon as a company, and this store specifically, are uninterested in providing customer service or even holding onto existing customers. This experience has been a completely different than my experience with Verizon in CA. Updated..so funny Verizon cares now, when it's public. But when I spent HOURS trying to get help in person and on the home and chat feature-nobody cared. Huh...

Contact Verizon customer service. They are very helpful.
You can never get through to anybody at that Rising store you're better off going in to the store or when you call that number or give you options and I'll switch you to customer service and no help you over the phone if you need help but you're better off going into the store probably could just easier
Appointments aren't required, but they're supposed to help things go more smoothly. Without one, it's a first-come-first-serve basis.
