I went opening day and was in and out in 5 minutes. Based on the time of day, and granted this is a new location, like with any customer service environment, you will have times where it might take a little longer than usual. Take that time to appreciate some of the other items this location offers, and talk with the staff, they are very nice and courteous individuals.
Hope this helps you out... HALAL GUYS gave me great customer service everytime we visit and the workers are always friendly. During peak times, yes you might wait a few extra minutes, no big deal, it's worth the wait. My opinion is nobody wants to eat at an empty restaurant. If you see a lot of people then something must be good. If you want real fast food and don't care about quality, go to McDonald's. You get what you pay for and this place is worth every penny and second.
