Open and a great time! We went early in the day and the crowd was light on a Saturday. The crowd picks up as the day goes on and will probably pick up as it gets closer to Christmas.

Absolutely is open. It all depends on you. If you wanna see light show. Than obviously show up later. Make sure you bring a lot of $$ . Lol. Trust me.

It is very crowded during the weekend with not much room to work if you have someone in your party who is handicapped. I would go during the week

Pastor Hicks | Nov 5, 2018

Hey! Its open and I agree with the other posts about visiting during the week. Unless you want the experience of the Christmas crowd, then the weekend is your best bet. There's also ice skating near City Hall. You can make a weekend experience out of it...

Simone Martin | Nov 5, 2018

The best time is during the weeknight after work..not as crowded.

The best time to go is during the week, not the weekend. After an early dinner would be perfect. Not as crowded between 5 and 7
