No, I wouldn't take a dog into the tavern. A true service dog should be ok, only because of the Extensive Training. I wouldn't consider taking my well-behaved pet.

I wouldn't take a dog inside a restaurant, unless it was a service dog. The tavern is an extremely busy place, lots of people and noise, not a good idea for a precious pet.
