We did not need one. Once we got there we were asked to wait outside the door and a hostess would be with us shortly. There is more seating once you get your food to the left when you first walk in to the building. I wish I had know before we sat down. Due to Covid there are limited seats. But no reservations were needed. We went about two weeks ago.
We had 8 people with us they seated us as we walked in was a very nice place
Don't think you need one unless you have a large party, then you may want to check into it
At the time that I visited you did not need a reservation. It is a buffet for the food and I believe they close at 2-230. The store and buildings are just walk thru.
