I have a sign asking packages to be left in the garage. One driver never does that. As a result I have had packages destroyed. the latest one was yesterday. shoes were chewed up by my dog and things strewn everywhere. What do I do?

I would manage my dog better - train it, kennel it up, chain it up, keep it in the house, keep it in the garage (close the door) Just a couple ideas.......
