So before today my experience with UPS has been awful to say it nicely. Our packages arr delivered to the other side of town 9 out of 10 times. But today Sept 10,2021 week were expecting a package that was supposed to be here the 8th. The young lady who answered at the shipping and receiving office was helpful. But the delivery driver who name is Tracy went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get us our package. Thank you so much Sir!

Since September 2020, they started delivering my packages to the wrong address. What the heck happened? They were doing great. Did they hire someone who can't read or just doesn't care? I have started asking people to use FedEx or the dreaded USPS to ship me packages and completely avoid using UPS.

originally posted a 1 star review which i left up intentionally in hopes that people can see as proof that ups here in town is really starting to step up their game the drivers are becoming exceedingly way more friendly more positive about their jobs packages are showing up alot less damaged still a little damaged however to be expected when traveling hence the 3 stars once the packages start showing up with alot less noticeable travel wear n tear which indicates travel as well as handling between sorting centers sitting in the yards as well as warehouses ill will more then happily up grade my review to a full on 5 star review however i prefer leaving honest reviews in hopes this helps both the public as well as ups keep up the good work ups

If I could give this service a 0, I would. This is the fifth time I have had to call customer service this week. I had three orders. One made it to my house no problem, the other two say they were delivered and never were. I called customer service twice about one package after they told me someone would call back and never did, then the third time they asked what number I had given and I told them and they said there was a note saying my number was 800 something. My number is no where close to an 800 number. Another time a driver came to my house after I said the package was delivered to an address east of town instead of west and he asked me if I went and picked up the package from the other address. I told him no and never saw him again and no one made it right so two days later I had to go to a stranger’s house I suspected my package was delivered to and thankfully they were honest people and set it inside because it had poured during that time. I never have this problem with any other company.
