Yes they can.you just have to call & tell them what kind of cake & that you want fondant.they will make it..there cakes an bake goods are fresh an so so good.
That would definitely have to be pre-ordered. You could call ahead or go in and talk to one of the workers and look through a book, with pictures of cakes, and tell them specifically what you want.
