My leasing agent, Kim, was absolutely amazing. When I first inquired about renting, there were no units in my price range available. She remembered me a month later and contacted me the minute one opened up!! Kim even dealt with my mom (I needed a co-signer) asking her all the same questions I’d already asked, and kept open communication with us both throughout the entire leasing process. She’s an absolute diamond in the rough. I’ve been here a few months now and have not had any problems at all. My carpets seemed brand-new and the bathroom/kitchen was so clean that I skipped my usual move-in day cleaning routine. Oh, the cabinets are slam-proof! I saw some earlier complaints about thin walls but I really haven’t had that issue at all. I’m not even sure that I have neighbors if I go off of wall sounds alone.The grounds are well maintained and the community is friendly. My only complaint so far is that I signed a lease for a “no dogs allowed” building, which was amazing for me and my allergies. It’s one of the reasons I was so excited to live here. They have since deemed the entire community Dog Friendly.

I have been living here at the village for 5 years. I love it it’s so clean. I love the pool and the parking is so good. The staff in the leasing office are the best! S/o to Kim and Danielle always available to help! Why not live somewhere safe and fun ❤️ Anything needs fixing in my apartment it’s usually done with in the week.

I just recently moved out of my 2 bedroom apartment at the village. My family lived here for almost 3 years. We loved every second of living there. We never had problems with bugs, if we had maintenance issue we could call and someone would be out in a day or two. We had to have our fridge replaced and they did it no problem the next day. We had brand new full size washer put in because our broke. Any problem we had the ladies at the leasing office would help. They don’t mess around about the cars being broken down though so if you have a flat tire look out! We had couple days to fix our car. Which we did. The only reason we moved was because the space was not big enough for our growing family. Our neighbors were quiet. I always felt safe. They maintain the property beautifully as well which I appreciated. I loved the texting service to alert when I got a package at the package room. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, modern apartment in a respectable community.

The staff working in the leasing office is so helpful and friendly! Shout out Dana and Danielle! Neighborhood is clean and quiet. My partner and I are enjoying our stay at the Village. Super convenient location
