When we arrived (around 6p), we’d only booked our hotel a half hour before while on the road. Still, we were surprised by a delay in getting room keys. Turns out it was a total random circumstance; the cleaning service wasn’t working, and they were having to launder everything in house. Kay at the front desk was AMAZING—calm, unflappable, welcoming. Even our eight year old said, “it’s hard to stay calm when you’re frustrated, and she totally is!” The beds were comfy, location good (Iron Hill Brewery was a delicious dinner close by), and room nice and quiet. The ONLY reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the two queen bed room was VERY small; that said, it had a fridge that worked very well and a microwave, too. If there was a “4.5” stars, I’d give that. Thank you, Kay, for starting our visit so positively!!

Just a place to sleep. A lot of noise from the housekeeping team by playing a noisy music, no hot water in lobby to prepare a hot drink, swimming pool is dirty by all means, the elevator was wet and not secured well. It’s really bad experience.

Positive: Got the hospitality suite and loved the size of the room. The breakfast was very good eggs bacon sausage pancakes biscuits sausage gray ceral muffins bagels toast pastry yogurt juises .milk fruit a great selection and very friendly and helpful staff

We had a great stay, we brought our dog and our experience bringing our pet was just fine, no issues. Our room wasn’t the cleanest, I understand cleaning staff has many rooms to clean and are probably moving as quick as they can. But my room had random spots of dirt that when I touched really grossed me out and made me question the cleanliness of everything around me. The pool was open and a great family experience with our kids. The breakfast is great and free. Wish the staff explained where to dump our trash or how room service works. Again I understand they are busy, I’ve worked at front desk in a different hotel before and I understand. But hospitality here can be just a little warmer from certain staff
