I stay here every year for our annual family trip. Rooms are clean, spacious, the bathroom is NOT small unless u want to play baseball in it 🙂. Bed is very comfortable! Ken is super nice, friendly, very good customer service. Local to many many things to do as well.

Ok ím not sure how they get a 3.9 😂. Ok I will say the room was clean as far as sheets and blankets etc. The floor was clean as well as the bathroom. However it had a very musty oder to room that managed to linger the whole weekend. Ok now for the bad, the pool was closed cuz the manager said something about a tree branch conveniently feel into the water before we arrived! We really wanted to go swimming! Also There was no Wi-Fi in the room as advertised on the website. You'd of thought they would have posted the password in the room someplace but nope. I tried calling the office to get it but couldn't get through. They serve a Continental breakfast in the morning, if you want to call it that! My girlfriend came back with 2 hard dounts and some luke warm milk YUK! $89.00 a night we paid! I would have gladly paid more for Wi-Fi and a nice pool to swim in. So I don't recommend this place at all. Go down the road and check out the next place lol

The woman that runs the place is so nice! She was very friendly and showed real interest in wanting to help me and my friend out. We paid for a 1 double bed room and she upgraded is to a 2 bed room for free! The room was huge, and really nice for the price we paid. Of course don't expect a red carpet, but everything worked and everything was clean! I would definitely recommend this hotel!!

Higher rating for the affordable price, pool and location. WiFi is limited. Our room was a bit dated but spacious. Friendly staff (owners). It was a quiet night on a big property near all that southern Vermont has to offer.
