I needed help finding my size. I walked up to Kelly asking for help and she rolled her eyes and pointed me in the direction where they store the size 7 shoes. She then said if you don’t see it out then we don’t have it. She turned her back to me and continued talking to one of the other ladies. After a few minutes of not finding my size… I asked again. Can you please help me find my size in this? She went looking for it. And said she would check the back room. As she is walking to the back room. I followed so she could hand me the shoes. I can hear her talking badly about me stating that I probably cannot afford the shoes anyway. Admittedly I looked a little rough. In sweats and a baggie hoodie. No makeup on. I left. I love the shoes. But I’m sorry to say that the bad customer service has ruined it for me. I will not be shopping at this or any Clark’s store ever again. I’m not sure why you as a company would hire someone that is so rude and unprofessional. My suggestion is get rid of her before you lose more customers.

The hours said till 6pm, we came at 5 and they said already closed. People make plans based on the times posted. Very very rude ad inconsiderate service.

My wife and two of her friends shopped here during the recent Labor Day sale. They all said how appreciative they were not only for the terrific bargains, but also the great customer service they received from Tatiyan, David, and Heather, all led by their manager Kelly. Thank you for making this trip so effortless and memorable.

Although, I am a very fan of Clark shoes, this time I am very disappointed with your customer service and customer care in this store. I bought four pair of shoes at 7/6/19 and on the same day after two hours, I returned to the store and requested for changing the size for one of the shoes. The salesperson in order to change shoe size requested my ID, I gave him driving license then he takes all of my information such as my legal name, driving license number, home address and phone number. When I faced this behavior, I asked them please stop using my information and why you are recording all of my personal information. He mentioned this is a store manager rule for requesting ID from customer and we need all information. I think they have broken my privacy and this kind of rule for changing a shoe size is very crazy. It is worth mentioning that in duration the discussing, the salesperson's has spoken very loudly which this behavior sign of lack of good customer care in this store. Hey, Clark, this kind of behavior caused me very disappointed. in addition, you have broken my privacy as well. Please stop this crazy rule.
