One of the best stays I’ve ever had!! We travel alot and I never had such a service at a stay. Incredible. The room was huge and EXTREMELY clean!! Will definitely book again!

This is a fairly new property. Still looks new. Lots of amenities nearby. I have to comment on the staff. 2 young ladies were getting trained by a day manager. I am a silver member. I asked for my 2 free waters. Mgr said I didn't qualify. I said why did I get 2 waters daily at the Homewood Suites if I didn't qualify? Next I asked for my current Hilton Honors points. She said, we don't have access to that, call Hilton. Next morning upon checking out, I asked night clerk if I was entitled to the 2 free waters daily and he said yes. I asked how many Honors points I currently had and he looked at the computer screen and told me. So why did the manager give me wrong details and tell new hires wrong info? Just appears to be laziness which annoys me.

As someone who is picky about hotels, usually there is something that lets me down. Uncomfortable bed, dirty headboard, hair in the sink. I am so happy to report my stay last night at this property was absolutely perfect. Comfortable bed, very clean. Nice breakfast, friendly staff at check-in and quiet. I would absolutely stay here again. Very very happy customer, especially after a ten hour drive to get there. Five stars all the way.

The location is the absolute best in central VT. Quiet. Beautiful view. Heart of Williston. Right off the interstate and incredibly close to south Burlington, Burlington, and Shelburne. The best places to visit within hours of VT for retail therapy and evening life. I have been a guest for 4 months and the staff are like best friends. They have made me feel like a VIP. The front desk manager Jaclyn is the epitome of service, and the night front desk Penny I want as my best friend she's so sweet and fun. I always feel good after room service and I feel the hotel itself is immaculate. Breakfast with Dan is a delight. Simple but always hits the spot without trying too hard. Best hotel I've ever stayed at. Worth every penny. Clean saltwater pool, fast and quiet elevators, great outdoor seating, excellent grill, beautiful decor. The rooms themselves are very spacious with lots of storage. For example. I have lived with my wife and two kids both under 2 years old for half a year and we still haven't filled up all the rooms storage. And those kids are definitely not going without. Wed need a U-Haul to move out at this point.
