Our family has repeatedly been turned away from this Chilis for being too large of a party. They will only seat us if we have max of 4. Even when we've suggested two tables, they refuse. No problem for them to seat two other parties at the time. No problem if we come with a small group. But they turn away 5 or more repeatedly. We've always been willing to run separate checks, sit at separate tables, but they turn us away and refuse to seat us as a one party. I'm done with this Chili's. Their loss, we eat out regularly.

The food was presentable and edible But due to the staffing crisis, the service was terrible. I wish I could blame the staffing crisis for the entire terribleness of the service but I can't. My partner and I were within close proximity to 3 different staff members within a 15 minute range before I had to approach one and ask if we were supposed to seat ourselves. Once we got sat the service was okay.

We left sat for awhile and nobody decided to serve us so we left. No impressed with my last 2 times there. Over charged make sure you look at your bill very good before giving them your card because its a battle to get your money back.

My son and I went for dinner. They were very understaffed. The restaurant was less than half full and we waited to be seated for about 10 minutes. Our server was nice but so so busy. Our food took a while. It tasted great but we were there for about an hour and a half. That's a long time with a kid. I would give a higher score and recommend when they are fully staffed
