I called a couple of days ago and spoke with Rob and he was very helpful. I found out later that I did need a lift and called again spoke to Nancy and I had a lift delivered to the job site two hours later.

What is the difference between working height and platform height?

Platform height is the total height the base of the equipment cage reaches at its highest point, fully extended. Add the maximum height an operator can reach to the platform height and you have the working height.
