Subway is ok, a bit over priced now but decent, they make it the way you want it at least. But not a real sub to me. 3 stars cause they don't except the coupons at every store

Got a fountain drink and went to get ice. Ice was out which was fine but I got black gunk in my cup from it which was not fine. I've worked in countless customer service jobs and have never had this happen so I'm not sure how it would. When I was getting my soda and I saw a hair or fuzz on the soda spout I was getting. Not a very friendly environment either. Won't be coming back to this Subway

Extremely rude manager, Joe. Rushing, impolite, seems to not like his own chosen career. This is not a one time occurrence; it is every single time. Other employees have been very nice, but the manager is responsible for his own store. Hence the 1 star.
