The tellers at Microloans NW are AMAZING!!! You can feel the family atmosphere there and they really make you feel like you’re the only customer in the store when you’re in front of their windows. They greet you when you walk in, they remember your name, they know what you’re there for, and as you make your way to their window they’re already grabbing all your paperwork to make your transaction smooth and quick! My last time there I was helped by the lovely Veronica who is always willing to go the extra mile to satisfy her customers. She was able to get us a better rate and called us to come back in After we had left to get a little money refunded back to us which is always nice!

I enjoy coming to micro loans. They have bilingual staff to help with any questions. My favorite person is veronica she is very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend to anyone that needs to cash a check. Also they sell things like speakers and Nintendo games. One stop shop. I've gotta say, anytime Jess is working I end up having a great experience! I send money to my mom out of state a few times a month, and it seems like anywhere else I've gone there's always some issue. But Jess is always so quick and pleasant to deal with, she really makes it a breeze!

If you qualify for a loan, you would have to come to either of our two stores and apply in person. The process takes about 20 minutes and you would walk out with your cash.
