Took my wife and daughter out to dinner, went early (4:25pm Wednesday) to avoid being busy, no chance of that, not busy at all. Signs at door saying be patient, short staffed. Didn't seem it, saw 4 different people working in area we were sat in. Another family was seated 2 tables away with 5 in party, about 5min after us, no one had come to our table yet. Waitress in our area was taking order from a table when we were seated, then the other table was seated, and she went over and took there drink order, now we've been here 10min and no one stopped by, now the Waitress brings first table there drinks and appetizers, no one come still has come to our table, second table now gets there drinks, It's been 15min now, By now Another table had been seated and a different Waitress was taking there drink order😡 We got up and left, we stopped and spoke to a female manager, told her what had happened and all she said was "sorry" and stood there looking at us, we walked out! Very disappointed! We used to go there all the time. Won't be back or recommending. have never felt so disrespected!

The food was delicious as always. If only they could get around having to wait every time we come in, even when it doesn’t look very busy inside. The endless fries are always something I look forward to, but make sure to bring your appetite! The burgers are absolutely full of deliciousness. Love that very burger has its own personality and they keep updating the menu with new styles. I had the scorpion burger and it did not disappoint!

Asked to be seated at a table,hostess immediately took us to both. Unacceptable as I'm handicapped. Took our drink order, took our food order. Never saw the bottomless fries. Only saw what came with our meal. Never asked if we wanted refills on our drinks or more fried. Would I go back. Probably not.

We had a great lunch here. The onion ring tower is the best. Definitely get the 13ring one. The sweet potato fries were ok, a little soggy and the fries were soggy also. But the burgers were delicious! The bacon fondue burger is a must try!
