I didn't really know what to expect when I signed up for a six week challenge…..I just knew I needed to start. This challenge and the gym exceeded my expectations. You feel a sense of community when you're at Beast Mode, and everyone that is there, is working towards a goal. The instructors are fun! They each have their own way of teaching and will push you to keep going. I wasn't ready for the 6 week challenge to be over yet, so I signed up for a year membership. This is the first time that a gym has ever held my interest!

This is a great place to work out! I personally did the 8 week challenge, and the first thing I noticed was the amount of energy the instructors bring to each class! They make the experience fun, keep the room full of energy (I usually go to the 5:30am or 6am class) and they each bring their own personality to the session. Each instructor have things they specialize in which makes them super strong as a team. Because of this they are able to offer variety. They offer advanced kickboxing which I unfortunately never got to attend because of my schedule, but with a black belt in 3 different styles of karate and experience in just about every self defense you can think of, I would trust you can really learn how to defend yourself. Along with that they can offer yoga which I can attest too is great! The perfect mix of not too easy and not too intense of yoga. Plus body sculpting to get your body right for summer with a competitive weight lifter! This gym is really everything you are looking for. As someone who has been in gym’s frequently throughout my life I feel like I can also say this one of the most accepting gym’s I’ve ever been to. Through 8 week’s I strictly heard positive and encouraging things come out of both the instructors and other members! A TRULY judgement free zone! Lastly I would 100% recommend the 8 week challenge to anyone considering it. You get a great coach to help you through the 8 weeks she checks in with you and helps you on your nutrition and will encourage you the entire way. She is understanding that we all have work and life so we can’t always be perfect but gives tools to help you adapt your new diet to your daily routine. I think this is so important so that we can continue living a healthy life after the competition. 10/10 gym!

I did their 8 week challenge and lost 25 lbs. The trainers here are some of the best you will find. Very positive, funny, kind and will make you sweat. They have a lot of energy throughout the class. In addition to the great staff, everyone in the room with you is encouraging. There are no egos in the room. After workouts, everyone encourages you and is positive. If you need to lose weight, get in shape, have fun, make new friends, and learn something new.. then you would benefit greatly from joining.

I signed up for the 8 week challenge spontaneously, ended up extending membership for more than just the 8 weeks. It a really great place and something I look forward to everyday. The instructors are very helpful with training. They corrected my form, my technique and taught me a lot of new stuff. It's really life changing, motivated me to do better on my fitness journey and I couldn't be more grateful.

Our regular classes are for ages 13 and over. Anyone 13-18 need a parent or guardian present to sign waiver.

Do I have to register or can I just come in for class?

We do not double up on bags so we do need you to be registered for class to ensure we have a spot open for you. Please contact us directly to do so. If you are a member you have the ability to register on our app.

Yes! We offer a 6 week program that includes our amazing kickboxing classes, nutrition plan, weekly weigh ins, before/after photos, check ins with the coaches... its a complete and very successful transformation program!

I am out of shape, can I kickbox?

Yes! Kickboxing is for everyone! Our program can be leveled up or down for all abilities! We become more concerned if you have specific knee or hip issues but of you are just "out of shape" you have nothing to worry about, we will guide you the whole way.

We have classes 7 days a week. M-F we have early and mid AM classes and 2-3 classes per day in the evenings. We have 4 classes on Saturday and 2 on Sunday. Our kids program operates on Sundays as well. We are often not in the studio when classes are not operating. If you wish to see our facility it is best to schedule a time to come in.

how much is it to sign up? i have my nephew and myself wanting to join a fighting gym. i personally like kick boxing and muai thai.

If your looking for a fighting gym for self defense training this is not that kind of gym. While they focus on technique, it is more of cardio kickboxing. More for a workout experience than an actual fighting gym. It is an awesome workout if you are looking for that. I HIGHLY recommend it.
