Where do I even begin. I brought my 2020 Dodge Ram 2500 in to duck Hannah to have a fuel filter service done. As a mechanic myself I was hesitant to go to a dealership to begin with but want to preserve the integrity of my extended warranty. I had a “scheduled” appointment and arrived several minutes prior. My service writer Tim told me that he was a little hazy on the price but was “pretty sure” it was just over $300. From my research on process and standard bay time I thought this to be appropriate so I sat in the waiting room. The service took 3 hours for a routine filter service that was “prescheduled”. Two hours of which they hadn’t even brought the truck back to the shop yet. When Tim came back to get me as we were walking to the desk he said “Now I feel pretty bad I was a “little” off on my quote so I gave you the “homie hookup”. Well it turns out a “little” off was about $270 off. The service altogether was $571 for a one hour filter change. Yet I was charged $300 for labor making the shops labor rate $300/hr?? I called two other dealerships in the Gresham area where I work both at dealerships and one was almost $150 cheaper and the other was almost $200 cheaper. So I feel as though I was taken advantage of here. And I really did not appreciate Tim calling me a “homie” I found this to be wildly disrespectful. When I tried to contact “Cindy” the service manager over the course of a week to voice my concerns and give them a chance to answer to them I received no reply. I’ve bought three vehicles from Hannah dealerships this will definitely be my last.

Had my vehicle in this dealership for over 2 months. Shaun the manager did not communicate anything. I had to initiate every call on my vehicle. They replaced the engine. When we picked up the car there was no oil in the engine. When we asked about it they said its so clean you cant see the oil. I'm sorry I'm not stupid. We felt it. On our fingers there was no oil. Also the bumper cover was loose it wasn't loose when I brought it in

I took my SUV in for a clutch replacement. About 3 weeks later, clutch is having issues. They look at it and tell me the clutch is toast. Only then I tell them that they replaced it a couple weeks prior and is under warranty. All the sudden the clutch isn't the problem, it's something else that is (naturally) not under warranty. Total scam artists, will never go back or do business with these guys again. BTW, this was about 15 years ago, and I will never forget it.

Ram 3500 Diesel trucks have a varied towing capacity based on if you prefer the Diesel or the High Output Diesel engine. It will vary from 21,560 to 35,100 towing capacity.
You could add a Ram Box to the 1500 as well as the 2500. The Ram 3500 does not offer a Ram Box.
