This is not the first time at this store. My tools I have purchased there are in the best working condition possible. My chain saws and now my Stihl blower is being repaired. The starter pull rope goes out periodically and has to be replaced. Totally satisfied with the service!

Very mediocre customer service. It's hit and miss. Might be great one time and poor the next. Email and web inquiries are often simply not responded to. Purchased three John Deere mower/tractors in recent years. Last mower, I drove to the Stark St location for better experience.
