This review is long overdue, but I am happy to finally post about my experience with Erik Runyan Jewelers. Last June my wife and I celebrated our 30th anniversary. In honor of this event, I wanted to surprise her with a new wedding ring. Unfortunately this was during the period of the lockdowns and protest violence. However, not to be deterred, Leslie Runyan met me at the store and showed me lots of designs. The ring was delivered on time and my wife was thrilled with the final result. I highly recommend Erik Runyan Jewelers to anyone looking for a quality jeweler.

About 2 months ago I had a watch that needed a new battery. I had purchased it at Walmart but they wouldn't put a new battery in it because of Couvid restrictions. So I purchased a new watch there and it needed links taken out but for the same reason wouldn't do it for me. I checked all around this area and most repair places wanted more money for battery replacement or link removal then I had paid for the watch. I called Erick Runyan Jewelers and they invited me to come to their place. They replaced my battery for the price of the battery. They took out the extra links on my inexpensive watch and the staff treated me liked I was the most important customer in the store. I'm in a wheelchair and the serve they gave me was so great that I want everyone to know! They understand cosstomer service and if I ever need help again I will shop at Runyan Jewelers! Fantastic!

We purchased my men's wedding ring at Erik Runyan Jewelers and had a wonderful experience. The staff was extremely helpful and made the process enjoyable. They laid out tons of rings for me to try on and decide between. All while being extremely patient, answering all of my questions and not being pushy in the slightest. Highly recommend, for new buyers and experienced buyers.

Yes. Our resident appraiser has two decades’ worth of industry experience and will answer any questions you may have. We’ll also check the item to see if it needs repairs, and we’ll make sure it’s properly cleaned and polished and we’ll furnish you with a copy of the appraisal for your records.
Yes! In fact, we’re one of the few jewelers in the country to use state-of-the-art laser-welding technology to repair fine jewelry. If you’ve been told that your cherished jewelry can’t be repaired, bring it to us.
Yes. Our in-house goldsmiths can inspect your ring and provide you with options.
Yes. We do watch repairs on all makes and models.
We’ve recently moved into swell digs at 501 Main Street in downtown Vancouver, Washington. From the north, take I-5 south to exit 1C (Mill Plain Boulevard), head west and turn left on Main Street. From the south, take I-5 north to exit 1B, turn left on East 6th Street, then left on Main Street. From the east, take WA-14 west, use the middle lane to take the exit toward “City Center,” turn left on East 6th Street, then left on Main Street. Welcome!
Hello Stormie, You can bring in your items for appraisals, Tuesday - Saturday 10-5. We will clean and check the jewelry. The appraiser will create the documents in 10-15 business days. First document is $100. Each additional are $75.
Yes, our goldsmith can remove rings at no charge. He is able to cut the metal to have the least damage to the ring. We ask that you allow your finger a couple weeks before we get your correct size. Most ring sizing up cost $95.
Erik will look at your jewelry and make offers to buy.
Yes, totally doable. Whether you want them soldered together or want to make a new design with the diamonds or stones. My wifes wedding ring and engagement ring are soldered together and we haven't had any issues. It looks amazing. She gets compliments all the time! Hope this helps.

Yes, we do appraisals. The first item is $100 and $75 for items thereafter. Appraisals include written, professional documentation.
There is metered parking directly in front of the store. There are also several paid parking garages within a few blocks of our Main Street location.
