I picked up a suv from here and Kyle at the desk was fantastic. I had a wonderful experience and will go here again because of Kyle's fast and courteous service. Thank you!

I picked up my rental car this morning and Kyle was great! Overall my experience here was good and the rental car is great too!

The team there never ceases to amaze me. I've spoken to Kira at least 6 times and her energy is always great. They work hard to find creative solutions for my needs and never appear flustered. They also seem to have a high demand from customers but they rarely miss a beat. You can trust them to take care of you!

****Edited Post**** After several attempts at getting resolution to the issues listed below, I feel it necessary to report that Enterprise took care of my issue and their customer service is phenomenal. I think they're just so dang busy as a lot of us are these days that the issue may have gotten lost in the struggle. With our recent interactions, I couldn't compliment them highly enough. Thank you so very much for rectifying this situation. ________________________________________________________________________ A repair shop I went to crashed my car into another car that was sitting next to it so their insurance paid for the body work that was needed and a rental vehicle from Enterprise. The morning the employee came to drop the car off to me was extremely busy and the process was very rushed. I figured everything was covered and the body shop told me a couple days later it would take about 5 days to finish. In between that time I received a phone call from Enterprise telling me that I need to call the repair shop’s insurance company to procure the claim number for Enterprise or else I’d have to pay the full rental myself which I thought was 1) Enterprise’s duty to do and 2) a bit tacky to seemingly coerce a client via threat of fees... that should’ve been a warning of things to come. Fast forward to the following week and the body shop advises me that one of the parts that arrived for replacement was damaged on arrival and it’d be another day to get a new one, then the next day the next part came in damaged, then it happened again. So I’m getting concerned with whether the rental is still covered and I’m advised it’ll be alright. The day they finally were able to complete the repairs, I had been rushing with responsibilities and with the last minute notice had to drop the car off before they closed and without filling up the tank. A few days later I notice I have a fairly significant charge to my credit card for the rental so I contact the office and spoke with Chris and he explains that it was fuel charges which I understood and also the difference of what the insurance would pay daily and what the rental charge was daily, but that he’d work on getting it down to the rate the insurance would cover and it’d be taken care of, but he was there by himself and needed to call me back because it’s hectic there. I waited a couple days and didn’t hear anything back so I reached out again. This time I’m told he’s out but I’d get a call back. Nothing again. I call back a week later and am told that Chris has been promoted and is no longer there, the young lady reviews the notes and states well it says it had to go up for approval but it says here you were aware of the charges so next time make sure you read the contract. And it’s been a few more days without a follow up. So what I learned from this experience is to not allow myself to be rushed even if it means I’d be late to work to read the whole rental contract so I wouldn’t get surprised like this again. I also learned that the follow up I’ve done with Enterprise is the same follow up I do with my own customers, because I don’t want my customers to wait for me to contact them when an issue arises- I’d rather be in front of it myself so they’re taken care of (so a good reminder to myself of how it feels if ever I slip). And lastly that it’s okay to refuse the bright, shiny and new rental knowing that there’s more than likely a very suitable much less expensive option that the insurance company rate would’ve covered in the first place.

You will need to contact the Enterprise agency you wish to rent from. Drive safely!
I only had a truck for a night so I didn't really look
Yes but they always charge a fee for returning at a different location. You may be better off taking a Lyft/Uber for such a short distance.
Thank it 18 I think
Enterprise has a counter in the rental area there at pdx.
They pick you up
