Excellent customer service.. I have never rented a storage unit before.. So when i called the lady was very helpful on helping me choose the perfect size.. I explained the item's i would need stored and she knew the exact size i would need... pricing is fair and affordable... and when i got to my assigned unit it was very clean an ready to go.. i would recommend Extra storage to store you're belongings.. I wish i could remember the lady's name.. she was truly amazing.. if i could give 100 stars i would...

Great customer service; I was greeted with highly friendly service. The staff there showed me which unit I will be using and the location. The staff also explained and demonstrated on how to used the unit. Also the staff gave great ideas on how to get the most out of the space usage. Nice!
