Recently visited Lawnside NJ Lowes and was very disappointed about the service in the appliance area. Two employees were discussing something on the computer knowing the fact that myself and another customer were waiting for help. They didn't apologize or any say we need a few minutes and will get back to you. Waited for over 5 minutes and left for Home Depot which we got a better deal and the service was 5 stars in my book. If I ever come back here it won't be to ask help. You better know what you need before heading in.
