I can’t tell you how many times I’ve ordered one thing only to find something different in my bag than what I ordered. There’s no dine in right now, so they are only serving one customer at a time. To make matters worse, they don’t answer the phone so I’m forced to wait in the drive-thru line again to correct the order because their doors are locked. To top it off they charge us two dollars more because they don’t have a special for the same price and ask us for the chicken that we touched to exchange it. No customer service. They should have exchanged the order for the same cost or left us with the old order after the hassle, at the very least. Now, I’m wondering if they are serving that chicken to another customer. 🤢

With all the competing chicken food places there are today I forgotten how much I really enjoyed Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen and the recipe that Popeyes uses for the breading on chicken and the shrimp was just excellent ! service was swift and painless and professional! I'll be back Popeyes!

1 word: YUK! We tried the flounder sandwich and old bay fries. What a horrible taste and a waste of $20. Overly fishy taste and the fries were over oily. Go to Arby's....much better and KFC for biscuits and chicken.....so much better.

I absolutely love Popeyes, when it is fresh. They pulled a few favorites from the menu however I can’t blame this particular restaurant for that. They were slow and stingy in the past with giving sauces however I’m rating this because it’s customer service has gotten much better. All my food was fresh and cooked just right, and they were a lot quicker than usual.
