The Extra space storage is one of a kind the Assistant manager Elizabeth is very friendly she knows what she talking dealing takes the stress of having to get a storage unit off my back. Elizabeth takes the extra time to make me feel like I'm special and really takes her job serious and her customers very serious and she makes the burden of having to get a unit like it's not a burden at all. She also takes the time out to re explain where our unit is as we visit a few times a month and forget exactly how to get it Elizabeth takes the time to show and draws a map for us to easily access our unit, but to be honest I enjoy her company so I do stop in the office when in at the storage and she is the most welcoming person there. There is another woman Destiny I think her name is and she is very unpleasant but rest assured Elizabeth makes up her rudeness ten fold. I'm glad to be part of the extra space storage company and the main reason is because Elizabeth bottom line great person and that doesn't happen often.

She was so knowledgeable about everything with the units from the sizes they vary in and pricing. She was very helpful I couldn’t be happier with where I store my things at
