I've been a loyal customer from the beginning. But to take my money and don't deliver my freaking food it's disrespectful. If the lady in the store would take her freaking time maybe I would have my food. I ordered at 10 just to call hour and a half later to NOT have my food. I called the store and it's closed. I had to call ballys 2 to get an answer from the great manager. However tomorrow morning I need my money 💰 refunded yall just LOSt a loyal customer. Imagine working a 13hour shift and finally order food to eat just to be told their CLOSED. IM FLOCKING DONE!!!!! I'm too MAD & HUNGRY TO WRITE. MY DOLLARS ARE NOT WORTH IT TO YALL

The absolute worst Stromboli I ever had. And the chicken sucked too... The prices are cheap but the food is not worth it.

My son, ordered a large Hawaiian pizza from Ballys. It just came with no pizza sauce on it. When he called to complain the lady said thats the way that pizza comes without sauce. She said if you want pizza sauce on the pizza you have to ask for it when you call to place the order. She refused to change it. We have been ordering from this place since 2018 and have never gotten a pizza without sauce before. Pizza comes with sauce that is automatic. They have just lost 3 customers and I shall be reporting them to the Better bBusiness Bureau and whereever else I can think of first thing tomorrow morning.

Wow! Still going! Bally's pizza always had good food from back in the eighties. Some people complain. Ok. I can understand. Maybe Bally has a few complaints too. Now I will visit my old neighborhood and pay Bally's pizzeria a visit. And see for myself. Then order one of my favorite cheesesteaks hoagies and french fries with a milkshake and see what the complaining is all about. Shout out to Bally's Pizza. Have fun! Enjoy! Good luck!
