Uber eats needs to hold these places accountable. Food used to be good but they are horrible now. Half done pizza, like how do you serve that smh.

Honestly the sirloin was very good but I think because I fell in love with Max’s first and I’m not from Philly I really want every Philly cheese steak I try to be juicy and a little sloppy. This one was decent but a little too neat. How ever I have definitely had worse I would give this a 3.5 but they don’t have that choice so I will give it a 3. I would go back if I was on that side of town but if I could I would go back to Max’s if I had to choose. This place is more like a pizza place and has lots of different items on the menu. I think if a Philly cheese steak place has only Cheese steaks that’s how you know it’s going to be slamming. Again this place is good but it’s more like one of those generic kind pizza stop shops.

All I can say is wow.. our family order from this place almost every week and this week we had a new delivery guy to deliver our food. We didn't receive our whole order and we called right away to report it and to have them send it... Well the delivery guy lied and said he did give us our complete order which includes a bag of food and a stromboli in a box.. we never received the box only the bag... The guy lied and they seem to believe him over us... We were treated like the liars during this whole ordeal.. eventually another guy got on the phone and decided to make our missing order again.. but this was done with attitude and disrespect.. never again will my family order from this establishment.. being treated like liars when we spent money there every week is crazy and disgusting. We will take our money elsewhere..

I am absolutely DONE with this restaurant. I have used UBER to order quite a few time and the restaurant doesn't give the driver my complete order. I get on the phone with the restaurant and some rude employee tells me to call UBER. Eventhough they didn't give the driver my order. She tells me she has no time to discuss this problem with me, too busy. Not too busy to take my money, but to busy for customer service. I am officially DONE! I would rather walk to New York for a slice. By the way this has happened more than once. It's kind of simple just double check a customer's order!

There is no in store eating, they did sell slices of pizza. They had them sitting in a case but no longer do because of covid. So I believe they are pretty good on the precautions, between calling to order and getting there to pick up, is pretty fast.
Good depending on what you have a taste for
As far as I know they've always delivered at this location. But it's been a while since I ordered from there.
