Wow...just wow. I reallllyy worry about my pets now taking them here and the service being unfriendly and immature is just one reason to feel that way. These guys USED to be decent but in recent months, they have some of the worst employees I've yet witnessed. Everyone has ADD, they don't listen, don't notate or it's notated but they don't read anything until you get there ....what's worse is they used to have good doctors that really seemed to care about the animal and were thorough (thank you Dr.Olsen, come back!) but they've moved to other locations. Would highly not recommend you trust your pet to this location. Who knows what they're not telling you...

You sign up for a plan, but they don't have available appointments for sickness. My dog is sick, and I could only find an appointment within 2-3 weeks but this location had an opening sooner (not my usual location) even though it was far from home. There was an accident along the route so I was 15 min late. They admitted it was only part way through my appointment time but refused to see my dog. My dog is otherwise super healthy and has regularly been seen for well visits. She suddenly has an infection that has rapidly worsened. It would take a quick moment to see her and figure it out if you're a good vet. They refused to see her, after I explained that I already drove an hour to get there and it would be a whole hour to get home. No compassion for people or pets. Not to bad mouth all Banfield locations though. My regular place agreed to squeeze us in first thing tomorrow.

Not available to take care of pets when they get sick. You pay for a plan what they say is preventive but have to make appointment for future sickness. I don't have future knowledge. Attached is a picture of my dog who they refused treatment when he got sick. He passed away.

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including: • Vaccinations • Dental Care • Parasite Control • Nutritional Counseling • Behavioral Counseling • Comprehensive Examinations
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
