Don't ever go there. I went for a sensitive tooth and the dentist told me I have 4 cavities(which weren't hurting at all). I went ahead with the process. However, they didn't do anything about the tooth that was actually hurting. Reading all the comments now I think they messed up my perfectly fine teeth just to charge more. They used up my insurance and now I have to go find another dentist to fix the sensitive tooth that I went to the office for. To make it even worse, they sent me a bill that literally has nothing on it, just says balance, must pay. Terrible office, don't go.

I went in for service on July 20 2021 and paid my entire balance owed that day of $1400 with my insurance paying the remaining $200. I then get a bill in February 2022 for $200 saying the insurance company didn’t cover the service done on July 21 2021. I went the office to dispute the charges and was told management is only in on the weekdays and will call me back. I went back 3 weeks laters and got the same response. It is now June 2022 and I have not heard back and keep getting calls from collections trying to collect the payment. I am very disappointed in this unprofessionalism. Management didn’t even try to look into it. I called my insurance company, Blue Shield, and they said they couldn’t get a hold of any manager at the location to go over the itemized charges. Stay away from this location and check your charges and make sure you get a signed receipt by management indicating the services were paid so they don’t come back and say you came on a different day when in fact you didn’t.

They always have availability on Saturdays, and as long as you get there 10-15 mins before your appointment, they can usually get you in right around your scheduled slot. Yes, they are expensive, but the dentist makes sure you're comfortable at all times. I was nodding off during one of my root canals. So you're paying for comfort, customer service, and availability. I was able to get all my dental work done on Saturdays, and I had pretty extensive work, so I would say it's a pretty good deal.

Went in there to inquire about their services and if they can check what my insurance will cover. Just got insurance at my job and was happy to go in . I greeted the front desk lady with a friendly smile and “hi how are you.” The girl at the front desk was rude, customer service skills was just less than satisfactory, and overall she seemed to provide me with no help. She sounded scripted and not at all incline to help out with a possible new patient. When I asked her if she could check what my insurance could cover, since she literally wasn’t attending anyone. Mind you, only one person was in their waiting room and this really appeared to irritate her. She replied coldly and said “checking means you would have to set up and appointment. You don’t have one” She dismissed me after that and continued to surf the net. Extremely bothered by me asking her questions that pertained to her job. I was extremely taken aback. I thought, an appointment to check what my insurance could cover. She literally has the time and also no one to tend to. Consultation for this?!I politely said to her, I have time right now or today. Can you make an appointment. She rolled her eyes and said, “sit down. I’ll call you when I’m ready. It’ll take 20 minutes.” At this point she is making no eye contact continues to appear annoyed, and unhappy about me asking her questions and just being there. She continues to be on the computer…Honestly, decided to sit down, and then I realized that this whole experience was just plain bad. I left after less than a minute. Hostility and rudeness from their front desk gave me an overall bad impression.
