Friendly staff. Customer service is 5+ Star! The services are very basic but, the price keeps me coming back. Tried another facility. They quoted me $73.00. I took those same clothes to ZIPS for $37.00! I'm please with this facility and adore the staff. Will keep taking my clothes here.

The customer service has been great! The manager, along with several staff members as well. (Some have moved on).; Ms. Dinah, is excellent! During the time when the seamstress. Ms. Gail was there; I had several alterations done. I miss Zip having someone to repair my clothing prior to cleaning them!

I’ve been a customer since I’ve moved in the area in 2012. The manager always had arrogant, uncooperative demeanor. It first started with putting creases in my jeans when I requested no crease in my jeans. When I brung this to his attention about the creases, he acted as if I shouldn’t had said anything. So this happens a couple more times with my jeans. Usually the clerks apologize and rectify the issue. Now I take an expensive white shirt, that had no stains when I brung it. I’m hanging my clothes up and I noticed a stain on the chest. So I take it back to the cleaners, they recleaned it and the stain is still there. The clerk seemed to be new, didn’t know what to say, understandably. So the manager steps in and says you must’ve eaten something and didn’t know the stain was there in arrogant manner. I tell him it wasn’t a stain there when brung it. (Also the stain was on the chest area, somewhere you can’t miss when you’re getting undressed)Again he his reply was I did it. Anytime a stain was on my clothes I told them. I remember telling him pacifically about me treating a stain once before bringing it before. He told me never to do that and to just let them know where the stain was and they would take care of it. I will never spend my money in that cleaners again. Also I took it home and treated the stain once I got home with detergent and peroxide, the stain came out. The manager needs to take a chick-fil-a manager etiquette course. He’s the worst, has know customer service civility. Demote him to the steam presses in back

Don't ever take your clothing to Zips for them to launder. This site worst clesners I have ever encountered
Yes. It is not a good cleaners for clothing. Some ZIPS might be good, and the one in Jenkintown use to be, but it's terrible now. They messed up some of my friend's clothes and had to pay him for them. They must have staff turnover every few months. I don't go there any more, for at least 1.5 years.
They used to but they no longer offer tailoring services.
I personally wouldn't use zips for a formal dress. I use it for my everyday clothes and it's just fine but as far as a formal dress goes I wouldn't do it pay the extra money and go somewhere else
