From all accounts this company is a middle man who is HARMING people who need to get in to the Passport Agency. According to Irving, the reason they can get things done is because they "bought" the spot in line and now are reselling it to us. They wanted $3,000 plus fees per person to get an expedited passport. So it appears they are buying up spots so that people like you and I who need to get a passport under expedited circumstances call the government office, only to be told all the spots are filled. Then, we have to call this middleman and they can scam us out of thousands of dollars. This certainly isn't ethical and I'm not 100% sure it's legal. I guess I'll have our AG and BBB look into this. In the meantime, stay clear. If you need help getting your passport there are lot of other agencies that won't SCAM you out of your money and aren't actively polluting the system.

TVP did a great job with my paper work and passport services. My daughter and I both needed new passports. They quickly got the everything lined up, explained the process well, and ultimately saved us tons of time. We were worried since there was a backup of passports due to covid. We got the new passports back relatively quickly, at the faster end of the lead time we were quoted. Edmund was very professional and they returned my calls, which is not as standard practice as it used to be. Yes, I would recommend and use this service again.

They make you jump through hoops. Like we have to go to the post office to get an envelope that they possibly may not give me according to their site to go back over to their office to give them so they can carry it back to the post office? And all the fees i. The payment list drop down. Wow. It feels very scammy.

Tried to get my passport renewed quickly to get it out of the way, then they rejected it because the day I was leaving was a few months away. I paid $366 and only got refunded $307. Just a waste of time, and $59 less in my bank account. Should've just gone through the post office.
