I got a little cheese and bacon burger, and cajun fries and a milk shake for my 13 yr old she didn't want to eat it. "Said the food was plain. I I tasted it and agree. Oh and the milkshake was a milkshake.

Definitely not 5 guys. More like 2 dudes 3 chicks but whatever I just think if were going to start this relationship then let’s start off on the right food. Excellent food. Super nice peeps. Little pricey. It’s not fast food an it’s not a "restaurant” price

I had such an awful experience. Expecting a great burger meal for my dinner tonight.... and here I am with some burnt fries. I presented it to the counter, and guess what, I was given the same thing again 3min later. I did not want to make a scene, but really I never expect it from a franchise I always praised for its delicious burger and great customer service. But today, this particular location did not live up to the reputation.

The tables were gross. The bathroom was gross. But we just wiped them before and after we used them and it was fine. We expect that from a fast food joint. Everything was amazing 👏 !!! We ordered extra patties beyond what their system allowed and they acomodated. Our child got a highchair. We wanted to have our milkshake made after we finished our meal so as to entice our toddler to eat rather than protest for the milkshake on the table. They were so sweet and understanding that when it came time for dessert, they stealthily snuck it on the table so our toddler wouldn't notice. Thanks for being accomodating!
