This is the only Mc D in the area and boy do they work they self off food is fresh every time I go through the drive way

They make you wait outside for ubers eats orders in freezing weather. Food is never done on time..nobody is working register consistently to take orders for uber OR customers. Very disorganized Environment.

Went on a Tuesday at lunchtime. Ordered through the app, got free fries, arrived and confirmed my order. An employee noticed me waiting and asked for my order number. A minute later I had my order. Everything was there, everything was fresh, the folks working there were friendly and attentive. Recommended.

My first visit was great pretty normal no glitches. But the next morning all my second visit to the same McDonald's I was approaching the entrance getting ready to pull the door handle when a man from the distance start shouting at me telling me that I could not go in to the restaurant today. When I ask the McDonald's employee why when I came in here yesterday and services were being provided indoors. He replied that they were on high covid alert and that is a direct quote. When I called the corporate office the tone in the person's voice was extremely passive and said that each McDonald's can make up their own rules when they are individually a franchise. I continued to express my dismay with the inconsistent service that was provided and I further requested documentation of such new policies such as the one that the gentleman mentioned quote on quote we are on high covid alert. What the hell is that supposed to mean? Can somebody help me and the customer service was of no help and justifying why this person at this McDonald's told me that
