Drove up to second window where I was ignored. The soda dispenser needed cups refilled. The associate never said hello, didn't tell me it would take a minute. I got nothing. When my food did come there was no sorry for delay, no thank you for being patient. She never even really looked at me.

Order some food in this location, one of my item is missing from my order & when I ask for that the server just keep saying “everything is inside” and act like she doesn’t fxcking care about it. Also found that the nuggets was like, just someone already had a bite on it, really disgusting. Will never come back.

I would give the girl who took my order a five star, she's nice and very friendly. Her work attitude is amazing! I put 4 star because the manager who handed orders to the window was kind of rude. Not just to me but the one before me I noticed her how she yells at you saying here! She don't say thank you, more like get your food and get out.

I totally agree with you. Their nose and mouth are uncovered around the food they are cooking and serving. Also, they wear the same gloves handling the money and the food. Yes technically they are "wearing" a mask but I wonder how they would feel if they were having surgery and the surgeon had his mask down by his chin? Or was wearing the same gloves he wore while performing someone else's surgery? Before people start saying it's not the same thing...... Yes as far as I am concerned it is the same thing. These rules were set up to stop the spread of infection or diseases. Blatant disregard should have consequences. The restaurant should be shut down, fined and the employees terminated. During that time all employees should be retrained on proper procedure on how to control the spread of the virus and maintaining a clean and healthy environment.
