They don’t even know what they are doing. Since last year I’m still ineligible and I’ve sent in all my paperwork but of course they didn’t get it. I call and they hang up on you when they don’t know what to do or what to say. Honestly I’m disappointed in this state and how this facility is run.

They (employees) are kind and curious but they have to deal with those of us that are told they will fix our issue's by D.E.S , AND UNEMPLOYMENT OFFICE.

I was here today to file my weekly claim in paper form and the staff here was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They helped with all the questions I had and at no time did I feel rushed or ignored

No I went in with same question and they told me I would have to contact unemployment over the phone or in line.

Wow, I will agree it does seem like the DES office/ Call center is moving at a speed that seems too slow for my expenses. But I'm thinking about your actions with unemployment. Did you apply for unemployment before or after your job ended? Because I think if it was before your job ended, well I think DES may have called your job on the application you filled out and how you filled it out.
