They get no stars, but you are required to select at least one to post a review. My husband has been a patient at this practice for years. His doctor retired and he was seeing a different doctor for a while. We have tried to contact the office numerous times to make an appointment. No one ever answers the phone nor returns our phone calls after leaving multiple messages. My husband is out of his medicine and needs to see a doctor! This was made clear in the messages left on their phone messaging system, still no response! If you are looking for a pulmonary specialist, go elsewhere. These people do not care about your wellbeing!

The problem is the assistant Isaac. I have to leave messages with him and he never returns my calls. I get injections in my knees every 6 months. In December when I did my last series of injections and my Dr told me to call back in May to receive my shots in June. I kept calling and leaving messages. No call back. Finally I spoke to the receptionist and told her Isaac never calls me back that I need to speak to the Dr. Finally, Issac took my call. Not much was accomplished. It's now June 10 and I was told by the receptionist the Dr is going on Vacation June 13 and will not be back till the middle of August. I like Dr Colceriu, however his assistant is not doing his job. I would like to find out if there is another Dr that can do the injections sooner. I am in a lot of pain and two more months is an eternity for me.

This place needs some more professional people when you call for any question or help with anything there so rude and unprofessional and lack of speaking with others

Spoke to Kimberly she's the scheduler. Most disrespectful person i have spoke to it's sad to see these type of people are the ones that work in healthcare nowadays. As the whole goal of the conversation was to help the patient. That there is no kindness or any type of respect for other people i hope she one day finds another profession because this one is not for her id hate to have someone with this unprofessional and disrespectful attitude representing my office her tone when i spoke to her was one that i have never been spoken to when i remained respectful and apologized for any inconvenience and she still continued to speak to me in such a nasty way when it was so simple of what i asked of her. I know this comment will not change much but i hope it will influence patients to go somewhere that they care for your health rather than being right. But i hope it will impact whoever reads this

Yes, but i don't know what kind. The Drs and staff are wonderful and efficient. Even with xray and blood I'm usually in and out in less than an hour.
