You can save time by giving information on phone but they gave me 2 appointments only for telling me that take other appointment for after 2 weeks and we are waiting to get approval from insurance.

If I could give this office zero stars i would. The front desk receptionist is beyond unprofessional & rude. I scheduled a telehealth visit for a refill on my prescription due to not being able to get in the office because i work all week & the wait times in the office are always insane. The day of the telehealth appointment no one called me so i called the office and was told by the receptionist that a PA would be calling me in a few minutes. A few minutes later the receptionist called back and asked if i lived in a group home or was a regular patient - i was very confused by the question but responded with “no, im a regular patient” - she than proceeded to tell me that telehealth visits were only for people who lived in group homes & i would need to come in to the office. I asked her why she scheduled me for a telehealth appointment if living in a group home was a requirement - she than began to blame me saying i never told her i didnt live in a group home - I told her that was her job to ask. When i asked to speak to the manager i was told she was not in the office and when i asked when she would be in, the receptionist kept changing the day. Very unprofessional & seems like she has no idea how to do her job.

I would give Dr.Cohen more than a five star…he’s a very good dermatologist he knows his job….and I love seeing him..he cares for his patients but as for a PA her name is Pooja…it’s like u have to tell her what prescription u need because she don’t know her job at all and when calling the office to get them to send over the prescription is like the staff at the front desk is more upset cause the PA didn’t prescribed the correct medication….it’s not my fault nor am not the dermatologist to tell them what they need to do or prescribed…it’s beyond nonsense for a parent to be back and forth with this…I have stuff to do as well as a parent too. I don’t have free time and play time like them….

Give them a call and let the receptionist know you have two areas of concern you would like to speak with the Dr about. I just had a full body check up and was seen about an issue with my face. The best time is the earliest appointment, the first appointment of the day. 😊
