Will never step foot in AMC Philadelphia Mills ever again. I stood in line for 15 minutes to get tickets and 10 minutes in the concession line, only to be told, very rudely by management, that I had to wait even longer because I didn’t have perks and the man who just walked up in front of me did. I have worked in retail for 20 years, and whenever management is short staffed, they jump in to help. Never in my life have I ever seen a member of management treat a customer so rudely the way I was treated. If you offer the perk of in and out concession service, then maybe you should have a separate cashier for said service.

Spend the extra few dollars and find a nicer theatre with reclining seats. Nothing wrong with the movie or the service but this place is in need of updating. That was really the only issue. You can tell the entire mall that it is in has been neglected. Won't be going again.

The theatre seats all smelled like mildew. The chairs are no where near comfortable. The ceiling literally had mold growing on it. And if you are overweight in any way you will be uncomfortable the whole time. The floors were sticky and it was just a bad time. The employees seemed like they didn’t want to help anyone and they barley even said a word. I suggest go somewhere else.

Filthy. Smells like weed in theaters. Butter machines broken. Ceiling tiles hanging off. Obviously a leak in roof. Light bulbs not replaced. A real pit. Drive the additional few minutes to Woodhaven.
