We stayed here because it was a part of a room block for a wedding at Pen Ryn, which is less than 5 minutes away. This hotel does not match the beauty of Pen Ryn. We stayed in room 358.The carpet in the room was atrocious. There was some foam under the A/C unit. I always ask my fiancé to check for bedbugs when we arrive. He did so and said "don't look at the pillows." So I didn't. The shower head is the best thing in this entire hotel. The water pressure and temperature were perfect. There was no shower gel in the shower and the shower door is not level, so it wouldn't stay closed on the shower head side or open on the opposite side when it was time to dry off and step out. We never have people clean our rooms when we're there, so we can't speak to service. But my fiancé left a tip for the cleaning staff anyway.

The room was disgusting. There was hair on the bathroom floor when we walked in, black spots on the walls, and a terrible smell throughout the whole room. The lamps were extremely dusty and I honestly didn't even feel comfortable eating breakfast there. My Girlfriend ask them to come clean and they said they couldn't come cause It was after 6 pm. room was an extremely dirty and old place.

Was there for one night visiting family for Easter. This was not my first stay at this particular location. The renovations look amazing, the room was clean and modern, the staff was attentive, polite and professional. Will absolutely stay again. Thank you for a great experience.

Great location for our needs, however the past 2 years of renovations haven't really improved anything. Light switches at the bed are very poorly placed, the last room we were in had a large hole in the wall, bathrooms with shower stalls had doors with wood wedges with silicone sloppily applied. Full size shower gel, shampoo bolted to the wall, who knows what the previous occupants put in there. And every non-smoking room always smells like smoke.
