First time at the Bensalem location & LOVED it! Much nicer & definitely cleaner than the others. Great local but private place to get away from it all for a night or 2. The room is the size of most one bedroom suites. It has a huge bathroom w/ a shower that could easily fit 10 ppl. BTW - the jacuzzi is one of the biggest & nicest ones I've seen anywhere (I'm a jacuzzi junkie 🙂)

I enjoyed the jacuzzi but it wasn't in tip top shape. I loved the fireplace and that they gave us the flammable log to light. For the money that I spent to stay here on a Saturday night (&340), the room should've been in better condition than it was! The carriers were stained. I'm not thoroughly disappointed but I wasn't completely satisfied either.

The outside and lobby are fairly clean the rooms are ok, but sheets and comforter are stained the bed's really uncomfortable. Most of the staff aren't friendly helpful or accommodating this isn't my first bad experience here either. Here is a tip to the hotel either replace your sheets and comforters or do a better job washing them.

Just celebrated our 2nd anniversary there and it was such a beautiful room in a really convenient location. The room was clean and had everything you could need except the bottle of champagne they used to give you upon check in but instead only give you two bottles of water and one log that lasts 3 1/2 hours so you have to buy extra which isn't cheap. The hostess that greeted us was very outgoing and courteous, very knowledgeable making your stay that much more relaxing. Asked for a late checkout and she gladly assisted within minutes. Will definitely be going back again even tho prices have went up some. It's a shame they don't offer deals anymore but nonetheless it's totally worth it!!

not five star ..lol...but big clean rooms..fireplaces ,table chair ,little enmities..coffee machines etc ,clean is what we are always looking for ..this establishment is
I wouldn't stay at the Inn of the dove because it's a dump they do not keep it up it's not a well-kept place for the price that they charge. I wouldn't eat the breakfast after looking at the place I looked at it and checked out. In my opinion ONLY find another place to stay, you would be better off.

If you have your own little kids, we allow them with you but we do not provide any extra bed facility. For little kids we do provide Baby Crib. Please consult front desk by call-215 638 3683 Ext 1. Lots of bad reviews does not mean something wrong with the property or staff. If you are in dilemma, please visit property and trust your eyes. Many reasons for bad reviews...former staff …..surrounding lots of hotels in competition.... had a good experience but wants to complaint to get discount and free night.....We recommend to see your room before your book
On the weekend stays (Fridays and Saturdays) , they offer free champagne bottle upon checking in
The inn of the dove in Mays landing is closed the inn of the dove in Bensalem Pa is not ran by the same people . This place is very clean and there is only a couple of these inn of the dove left . This one in Bensalem strives to make sure the gusts are top priority
