Our room wreaked of mold and was dirty... The stench was so strong, it triggered my asthma in the worst way to the point of choking-I was tempted to just slept in my car but I didn't feel like it would have been safe. The place is so generally run down overall. However, front desk was very accommodating and moved us as we requested, but it made little difference because the next room was hardly any better. We booked this room by mistake in the first place, but we will NOT make that mistake EVER again...

Room 140 was full of ants. They moved us to room 147 and the AC would turn off once an hour! Like something was wrong with the electrical panel because the thermostat would have no power. The guy from the front desk came to see it and showed me how to disconnect the power and reconnect it to get it going again. This place is way understaffed and the one person in charge of the hotel at night is responsible for everything. It was my first time staying at a Best Western and I didn't get the cheap motor inn lodge feel from the pics in the website. I got it wrong this time around.

The best beds and pillows ever . Great night sleep. Rooms were very clean and stocked with plenty of towels/extra bathroom needs ect. Staff we're friendly and helpful in locating good places to eat in the area which was helpful. Prices were good and had rooms available with short notice in booking. Will recommend also pet friendly that's a plus Thank you.

I had a fire in my building, so me, my two kids, and my dog were forced out of our home for two weeks. It was hard to find a hotel that takes dogs. And I was so grateful you do. Also the staff was amazing. Very helpful. The place was clean. And the manager was understanding. Thank you to everyone for making this hard time easier.
