Avoid!! Place is nice when you look at it but everything else is terrible. Apartments are out of date and the contractors who put them together did a terrible job, flooring, walls, tile, pipes, you name it are all done cheaply and quality is terrible. Whenever you tell management about a problem it’s always pick and choose and never prompt “we tried to call you” or “someone knocked and no one answered” which is always lies. The gym is a joke, they hyped it up and it’s a small closet basically. The windows and utilities are out of date so you’ll use more air in the summer and more heat during winter not too mention you’ll hear every conversation outside because they don’t want to replace anything. Raising rent with no justification but just to raise it. People leave clothes in the laundry area way past the time they’re finished and are not courteous about it. If you get a place near the play area all you hear is kids screaming non stop all day. Not worth the price Update: Attempted to give in another year to see if things would get better, actually got worse. The amount of the kids in the play area tripled and no rules are set in place, no signs, no emails and they scream out there all day long, make noise, no parent supervision and still no apartment renovations for soundproofing so you hear it from outside to the bedroom with the door closed, washer units going down every week, rotating out new office employees every few months. Actually getting worse with the community of people staying at the apartment. The only thing I will say is maybe in another area it could be the opposite but near the play area it’s terrible and we were reassured from the first office woman that the noise would be a non issue. Its all bad we are buying out the lease.

Management at Hamilton are AMAZING. The maintenance team is all very friendly and helpful. Jenni is also fantastic to work with. She is very friendly, always quick to respond, and provide help in any way she can.

UPDATE FOR 2022: Our refridgerator died on a Saturday, called the emergency line on Sunday, was told someone would be there on Monday, Monday we were told we would get a new fridge Tuesday, Tuesday we were told the fridge was on the way but that was a bold face lie and was told that it should come Wednesday, Wednesday we had the old fridge taken out but no new fridge, and again, we were lied to about being contacted for the new fridge. Going almost a week into no food in our apartment because this is not deemed enough of an emergency to go through the emergency channel. The only solution that we were offered was to buy a cooler and ice. We have been renting apartments here for the last five years, but in this last year the management has changed. Instead of rent only increasing when the property value increases, it jumps up twenty dollars a month. New management failed to include both those renting the apartment on the lease, neglecting to write down the person who had signed the original paperwork, and writes the check each month. The newest lease signed only had two sentences referencing how utilities would be charged, stating it would be through a third party vendor, but not specifying the vendor nor the utilities that were going to be charged. Initial signing of the lease had said that gas, water, and sewage charges were a portion of the lease. Apartments do not pay what they are using, but rather an average of all the buildings put together and then divided by how many people are in that apartment. Security cameras are put in place on the apartment buildings, but are less than useless. Crime has increased with management unable or unwilling to take action. The maintenance staff is amazing, and are getting shafted by the new management's procedures. You use to be able to dial maintenance directly and they would be out in minutes to correct whatever problem you had. Now you have to call the office, they file a report, and three to four days later maintenance is finally told of the issue.

I’d just like to say out of the whole time we lived here, the former office staff (molly) has been terrible. Molly would not get anything done for our apartment, BUT thankfully they got rid of her and we now have JENNY who is a saint. She came in and got my apartment fixed. Where Molly thought it was acceptable to leave 5 giant holes in my apartment ceiling, she didn’t bother to even make an attempt to fix it, so not only me, but my 1 year old daughter and my pregnant wife to breathing in what ever nasty toxins were floating around, it was definitely disgusting. But like I said JENNY and her new team got everything taken care of, I’m happy with Jenny and the repairs, but molly was the worst. (Beware of molly, she doesn’t care about others and others health in a time were our Health is important..)
