Sent here by Dr for blood tests. I was not told to bring order by dr or the HALF DOZEN txts by quest to confirm apt or pre check in . I was turned away because i did not have physical order of test (piece of paper) I called dr and had them fax it. My dr is slow as molasses so i got a fax app and digitally faxed the pdf . TL;DR PRINT AND BRING YOUR TEST ORDER

Booked an appointment online and showed up 10 minutes early only to find a locked door and no answer. The note on the door read that they would be closed from the 20th - 24th due to ‘unscheduled territory absences.’ Well, this was on the 17th and it was a hardship to get there only to find out I was not going to get my prescribed testing. I don’t think they should allow you to book an appointment online or at least they should call or email you if they are not going to be open during normal business hours…

Worst lab ever. Waited 45 minutes for a blood draw and I had an appointment.Very inefficient lab. Are they taking long breaks back there? 3-4 lab people still all moves so slowly. Rude staff.

Very very worst service. I booked the appointment a month back for my wife and by mistake blocked under my name. I am the primary insurance holder and when I checked initially, the lab assistant said that's fine. Due to COVID precautionary measure I need to stay out of the lab premises. But another lady when called my name, asked my wife to register in walk in. Anorher lab assistant said she will allow us next but she also cheated us. It took almost an hour and we didnt get our turn and finally we asked our physician to send the lab request to a different better courteous lab service provider and went there the next day. The lab assistants have no courtesy and pretend as if they are the only health workers during this pandemic in the world. They never try to ask what's our problem too. It made me to think they show courtesy based on skin color. I would have given 0 star but Google doesn't have that option. Better try another Quest or different lab service vendor and avoid this lab if you want self respect and courtesy.
