Here are my thoughts: 1. I've noticed that trash is put outside of the trash dumpsters and not inside of the dumpsters. Furniture is also stacked up around the trash dumpsters. I know that the trash is picked up often, however what can be done to keep trash in the dumpsters and not all around the dumpsters? 2. Is there a scheduled time that the lawn is mowed? These are my concerns. Your attention to this is appreciated.

Barclay has been extremely good to me the past year. Maintenance always responded quickly, the office staff was always friendly to me. I enjoyed living here. I would still have been here if they had 3 bedroom apartments. Parking was always plentiful, the neighbors were friendly and the apartment inside and outside m was clean. Rooms were spacious and lots of storage. I absolutely loved living here and I’m so sad I had to leave.

Hello I would like to update my review I posted several weeks ago leaving out one important person and that's Walt. Sorry Walt. lol I lived at Barclay Square for almost six years and.as I stated in a previous review I've seen five to six management teams come and go and having Walt and Bobby who are a constant fixture around this place is comforting and one of many reasons why I stick around because they both get the job done and both deserve to be recognized for it.. They have always been there for me when I needed them and have address every concern I've ever had...its like family. Thank you guys and i really do love you both.

ICONIC VUE

First ive been here for about 8 months now and I really like the staff and management. Maintenance i really swift and i mean swift when i put a maintenance request in, within 5 minutes i gotta call asking if i was available for them to fix a minor issue. Really quite neighborhood and complex. Though there are small things that could be fix, for the price and community i give it a high rating.
