These apartments have went down for several reasons I will not say. My great aunt has been a resident here for over 20 years. My son & I come to see her several times a week. I been coming here my whole 24 years of living, I stayed over her house lastnight and I woke up this morning and my car was gone! Towed! And I had to pay $350 to get it out. The apartment complex has took back some of the visitors parking spots. I parked in a spot that was initially a visitors spot! Welp look like it’s not a visitors parking spot anymore. They just did this within the last couple weeks. I been parking in the same two spots consistently for the last 8 months. The neighborhood overall is safe and the neighbors I’ve encountered are pleasant, except for a few.

I would love to live at park park place mr. Hudson was very knowledgeable about the property and kept in touch with me his tips for me really helped he is really going out of his way to help me find something i can afford be i am on a fix income we need more people like mr. Hudson thank you

I used to live at Park Place from 04/2019-02/2022 & I absolutely loved it here. If I didn’t have to move due to a job offer in another state, I would still live here. For a 1 bedroom you get not 1, but two closets in the bedroom. Apartment was pretty quiet and the neighbors were pretty friendly. I could be out late in the evening & always find parking within eyesight of my building front door.
