I've been here for over a year, and I'm truly love it here. Well kept quiet peaceful community. When I applied the Rental Manager Ms Lisa made me feel like a tenet instead of a renter. I've was lookin at several other complex, but as soon as I walked in I felt like I was home. That means everything to me. Such an amazing experience at Nottingham South Apartments. The manager Lisa is very helpful and friendly. Anytime i ever had a small maintenance issue it was fixed that same day. The rent is VERY Affordable with a quality apartment. Everything is either newly renovated or in the process. We recently got the hallways updated and painted, new washer n dryer system (no more searching the quarters), new appliances and more. I currently live in a studio apartment and everyone is shocked how spacious and roomy it is. This is hands down my favorite apartment complex
